Residents Want Millbrook Meadow Finished

Millbrook Dam, which failed in a 2006 storm, was reconstructed with help from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, which picked up 75 percent of the costs. The group received a $60,000 gift to finish the job. Now local groups want a neighboring meadow and pond to be fixed up as well. Read the article:
