Management Team

		Patricia Marcotte Manager of Education pat@patmarcotte.com Patricia is the Manager of Education for RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate. As a former school teacher, she knows how important education is to success and holds numerous designations � CRS, CLHMS, ABR, GRI, SRES, E-pro. In addition, she is a Bob Proctor Certified Life Success Coach, A Certified Brian Buffini Mentor, Certified Tom Ferry Facilitator and Certified MA Real Estate Instructor (CEU). She provides company training workshops, small group training as well as one to one coaching for RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate Agents.
		Tara Keener Manager of Business Development tara@findahomeinma.com Tara is a graduate of Lesley University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services and Psychology. Tara started her career with RE/MAX in 2003 at the RE/MAX Integra New England Regional Office. As the Manager of Business Development, Tara is responsible for growing the overall company through various training, agent on-boarding and agent retention initiatives. Tara is also responsible for helping the RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate agents with their technology, social media and business strategies.

Administrative Support

Our administrators keep our operations running smoothly. We have full time office administrators who are responsible for:
• Greeting the public and maintaining a positive work environment. • Providing on-line and print media marketing assistance to the agents. • Managing the transactions documents and platforms for the agents.		• Ensuring the smooth, daily operation of our offices. • Educating the agents on our equipment, systems and procedures.
